Is a piece I wrote back in February of this year when there was active discussion about eliminating Black History Month and those activities that celebrate the achievements of an entire group of people.
Regrettably, that movement remains alive and well.
Even more regrettable is the fact that there are those among US who are so "caught up" in selfish desires that they are joining the nefarious movement.
Seemingly oblivious to the fact that they WILL NEVER be considered a member of the privileged, THE ELITE.
Though, this piece recognizes what is occurring...make NO MISTAKE its author knows that despite current circumstances...
we win...
